You want to file a complaint - will always and in all reasonableness try to solve complaints about deliveries, products and service in consultation with the customer. For quick processing, report your complaints as soon as possible after delivery or determination of the problem.

Report a complaint

Order appears damaged, incomplete, in default or delivered incorrectly after checking.

You have the obligation to check on delivery that the products meet the agreement. Damage, defects or other complaints must be accurately stating the nature and cause of the complaint, by e-mail ( to be reported to as soon as reasonably possible after you have received the goods. We will then process your complaint as soon as possible. You will receive a message within 7 working days.

If your complaint leads to return of the goods, then the costs for the return are for us. In that case you will receive a reply to your email with an explanation of how the return procedure works. You will also receive a shipping label in pdf format that can be printed out.

The aim of is to handle all possible complaints in the shortest possible time. This means that your complaint will be viewed almost on arrival and then handled. You should, however, take into account some days of processing time for transporters and banks, for example, if we proceed to refund the ordered goods.
