Free Exchange - Returns

Return or exchange order within the cooling-off period.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return these products within the cooling-off period of 14 days. It is important that the goods are complete, unused and undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging. Products that are damaged, used or contaminated are not eligible for exchange or refund. If the goods are not returned by you or are returned in a damaged condition, you must compensate for the damage caused by this.

The above does not mean that you may not open the packaging to determine whether the ordered item has actually been delivered and whether it fits. If this is not the case, you can try to return the product to its original condition as good as it goes.

If you wash this product or take it into normal use after opening your product, it will no longer be eligible for return.

How do I return - exchange my product?

You want to exchange your product (s):
It often happens that people order the wrong size / color by mistake. To err is human and we are therefore not difficult about it. You can exchange your products by sending an email to: retouren@24-Bedding.com .

When we have accepted your request, you will receive a confirmation email from us in response to your request stating how you can exchange the product. This email includes a shipping label (PDF format) that you can print out and stick on the package. You can then take your package to the nearest post office.

You want to return your product (s):

If you decide to return your product, you must notify us in advance via an E-mail. You are not obliged to provide a reason, but it helps us to improve our services to you. We would also like to hear from you if you have found the product cheaper elsewhere. We will then work with you to find a suitable solution.

Who pays the return costs?

24-Bedding.com offers free returns so 24-Bedding.com is responsible for the cost of returning the package. Because you receive a shipping label from us for the return, you do not have to pay any costs at the post office.

The package has been returned. And now?

When your return is received by us, it will be checked. If the content is found to be in order, we will refund any paid by you. You will not automatically receive a confirmation of entry.

The maximum term that 24-Bedding.com may take to refund an order is 30 days. However, if you have not received payment after 14 days, please contact us.
